Morning or Evening: When is the Best Time To Sauna?

When should you take your near infrared sauna?

Anytime of the day will help but if you are looking to benefit your natural circadian rhythms you are going to want to consider morning and evening saunas.

A near infrared sauna provides you with heat and red light similar to a campfire.  If we have evolved around campfires then using it in the evening is probably best. Second best to help you live naturally in an unnatural world is a morning sauna where you can flood your eyes with the natural red light we get from a sunrise.

Regular sauna use can help you to reset your natural circadian rhythms and get all the benefits with living in a more natural way.
