The Daily Morning Priming Routine You Might Be Missing

If you expose your skin to red and near infrared light early in the morning you will get the benefits that nature has intended.  This includes setting your circadian clock, increasing energy, decreasing inflammation, speeding up healing and pre-conditioning the skin to prevent sunburn.
