Good energy is critical for health and performance. If you are tired more than you think you should be there are a couple things you can do that are surprising effective and natural.

These hacks are important as they are meant to be done naturally BUT we don't live naturally anymore.

We don't go in and out of ketosis as we eat all the time.  In a natural world we move from glycolosis to ketosis and experience "feast or famine" We need to fast at times to move into ketosis.
