How does the incandescent light from the sauna differ from the incandescent light from the sun?

I'm not aware of studies into this exactly but there will be similarities and differences. near infrared is near infrared no matter the source so in this sense you will be getting the full range of frequencies from red light through NIR and then into mid and far infrared. Dose and intensity will vary along with other aspects but the main similarity I'd emphasise is that it's all the wavelengths unlike LED lights. It's probably very close to natural sun exposure with the differences being in intensity and dose off the top of my head.
